Innovation Award

The purpose of the annual Innovation Award is to recognise those business travel & meetings suppliers who create highly innovative products, services and processes for travel & meeting bookers, buyers and arrangers or business travellers. 

Definition: An Innovation is the creation, development or improvement and subsequent implementation of a new product, process, practice or service that is ‘highly valued’ by travel buyers, bookers or arrangers, the business traveller or suppliers of business travel products and services.

Measurement Criteria for 2011
1. The innovation was implemented, in service or use after April 1st 2010.
2. Entrants must quantify and demonstrate ways in which the user’s experience has been improved by the innovation.
