Free entry with pre-registration
All pre-registered visitors get free entry to the Business Travel & Meetings Show.
The main advantage of pre-registration is the quick registration with immediate availability of the e-ticket, which gives hassle-free access at the Self-Service-Terminals in the Foyer.
Non pre-registered visitors can get their show ticket for € 30.- on the door.
The visitor badge entitles all BTMS visitors to free entry to the popular After-Show-Party on the first evening of the Show.

Online registration for Seminars
Online registration for the comprehensive and free BTMS education programme will be available from February.
It will consist of keynote presentations, expert debates and seminars on three separate stages. The panel debates with leading market experts on ‘Centre Stage’ will address topical issues and provide insight that even the most experienced travel managers will find useful. The entire training programme attempts to identify simple and practical solutions to the various challenges routinely faced by business travel managers.
New in 2011 are free seminars and workshops hosted by VDR, which will provide detailed hands-on expert knowledge for immediate implementation in your daily routine.
On a separate stage numerous product presentations will offer deeper insight and comparison of innovative products and services.

New Online-Meeting-Service
The new online appointment system enables visitors and exhibitors to get in touch with each other in advance of the show to efficiently plan and arrange their appointment schedules.
